What do you get when you merge a tire and a wheel?
Why a tweel of course!

I had pondered before how pathetic it is that in this day and age, we still rely on tubes of air to move us around. Michelin it seems now has the answer! And it should be commonplace around 2008.

Techie-Talk: This means that vertical stiffness (which primarily affects ride comfort) and lateral stiffness (which affects handling and cornering) can both be optimised, pushing the performance envelope in these applications and enabling new performances not possible for current inflated tires.

I'm just happy I won't have to change tires on the side of a highway anymore...
